A recent build that left the workstand from one of our favorite LA local brands, Ritte. This Esprit carbon road bike actually made its way clear across the country. We ship globally and would be happy to export some sunny California vibes with your dream bike if you are not local.
The Esprit has an incredible ride quality and really planted handling, making it a top pick for us in the shop. The rider for whom this bike was built lives in an area with some fast rolling terrain, but trips to the mountains call for a bike that can handle both.
The groupset is a mix of SRAM Force and SRAM Red. We used the Red AXS crank arms to shed some noticeable grams on the otherwise Force AXS groupset. SRAM's big-range 10-36 cassettes have lots of climbing range without sacrificing small gear jumps. That allowed the customer to pair the big 50-37 chainrings up front for smooth and efficient spinning on the flats.
The wheels are OTHR's newest offering, the Anywhr 50 RACE. We've been big fans of OTHR wheels in the shop for their strong value and great ride feel. This newest wheelset is among the lightest 50mm wheels out there at 1,295g. They come with ceramic bearings, aero spokes, and brass nipples. We chose Vittoria's newest Corsa Pro tires (now available in all black) for their combination of speed, comfort, and grip.
Just like any bike that comes out of the shop here, we ensured the comfort was dialed in. We supplied a Specialized S-Works Romin EVO saddle after going through the rider's numbers and fit info. A wrap of white bar tape to match the frame's logos finishes things off.
