Tell us what you want to try on and we'll have it pulled when you arrive. Include your usual size in ASSOS (or your normal road bib size, and we'll translate). ASSOS sizing is technical: include height, weight, and chest if you don't know your size. We reply within one business day.
ASSOS uses three trademarked fits:
ASSOS's own line on fit: "It's normal for the apparel to be a bit constricting when standing fully upright, but when you move into the riding position you'll feel the garment click into place and seemingly disappear."
ASSOS runs slim. Most riders take their normal road-bib size in Mille GT / Uma GT (regularFit). For racingFit pieces (Equipe RS, Bolide, Dyora RSV), some riders size up if they're between sizes, especially in jerseys. Race kit is supposed to feel tight off the bike.
The reserve form above asks for height, weight, and chest/waist, plus your usual size in ASSOS or any other premium brand. We'll pull the closest match plus one size up and one down so you can compare on the rack.

ASSOS was founded in 1976 by Toni Maier-Moussa in Zurich. He brought a bicycle frame with teardrop tubes and a bullhorn bar into a wind tunnel and the prototype became what the brand describes as the first aerodynamic carbon fiber frame. The wind tunnel surfaced something unexpected. Wool jerseys produced significant drag. Even bare skin was not the lowest-drag surface. Together with Hans Hess, a Swiss downhill ski racing suit maker, Toni went on to make a Lycra cycling skinsuit.
In the summer of 1976, ASSOS presented the first pair of shorts made from DuPont Lycra. By the late 1970s, the Ti-Raleigh team was racing in them. Within a few seasons, wool shorts had disappeared from the pro peloton. ASSOS is credited with inventing the modern cycling bib short and the anatomical cycling skinsuit.
Fifty years later, the engineering-first DNA still runs the brand. Headquartered in Ticino, southern Switzerland. R&D and design in-house. Production European-only. Trademarked technologies in every garment: goldenGate, rollBar, kraterCooler, INject grippers, Shock-Absorb Damping inserts, the S11 generation. Three trademarked fit systems for three rider needs: racingFit, regularFit, mobility-enhancing fit. The brand has contributed to more than 350 gold medals at World Championships and Olympic Games.
