01 / Who This Is For
Bike fit is for anyone who considers their cycling to be an important part of their lives. Whether it's comfort, longevity, handling confidence, or performance - a good fit makes your riding more enjoyable.
Something hurts
Knee pain on long rides. Hand numbness after 40 miles. Sit bone pain. Lower back that will not stop aching. A fit finds the root cause and makes adjustments to solve these problems and more.
Ride longer
Make the bike disappear. Long Sunday rides, gravel days, tours. A great fit means you finish feeling strong instead of wrecked.
Go faster
More watts to the pedal, fewer wasted fighting your bike. Racers, Masters riders, and even those just looking for their Strava PRs see real gains from a proper fit.
New bike, right fit
Every bike we build or sell deserves a proper fit - that's why it is always included at no charge with any new bike purchase. Saddle height is just the start. Cleats, bar width, stem, saddle choice, shoe selection - all dialed.
02 / The Process
Five stages. About an hour for a basic fit, 2 hours and change for a full fit. We work up from interview to hands-on assessment to dynamic on-bike adjustment, then log every measurement so your next bike or your next fit starts from the same number.
1. Interview
We talk about your riding, goals, injury history, current issues, and what you want the bike to feel like. 20 minutes that shape everything.
2. Physical assessment
Flexibility, range of motion, leg length, pelvic stability, and foot structure. These set the ceiling on what position is achievable.
3. Dynamic fit
On your bike, pedaling at real power. We watch angles, symmetry, and how your body actually moves under load. Cleat position, saddle, bar, and stem all adjusted in real time.
4. Measurements
We log every critical dimension: saddle height, setback, bar drop, reach, cleat position. You leave with a full report.
5. Follow-up
30-day adjustment included. Ride, see how it feels, come back for a tune on the fit at no charge.

Meet your fitter
Fits are personal. We don't treat them like a checklist. Willie, our fitter, has spent years on the road, on gravel, and in the shop, and carries manufacturer training on Specialized BG, SRAM, and Shimano. He's focused on feel - listening to riders and their bodies. With hundreds of fits under his belt he knows what to look out for and takes an undistracted approach rather than getting bogged down with devices and gimmicks. The philosophy: comfort, endurance, power. Every fit includes a 30-day follow-up at no charge, because your body is going to tell us things at week three it didn't say at hour two.
FAQ
What should I bring to my fit?
Your bike (or we can fit you on one in the shop), your cycling shoes (and pedals if they're non-standard), your typical ride kit, and any notes about pain or discomfort you have been experiencing. If you ride with a power meter and have ride data, bring that too.
How long does a fit take?
A full fit takes 2 to 3 hours. Plan for three so we are not rushed. A quick fit runs about an hour.
Can you fit a bike I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Road, gravel, mountain, time trial, tri, and even performance road e-bikes. Any brand, any shop of origin.
I have had a fit before. Do I need a new one?
If your body or your riding has changed, yes. Training more, recovering from injury, working on flexibility, a new bike, riding new terrain, or a few years since your last fit are all good reasons. A quick fit is often enough for a check-in. A full fit is a good place to look for performance gains for an otherwise comfortable rider.
Do you do fits for injury rehab?
Yes. We also partner with Dr. Dara at DaraSports PT for cases where physical therapy is needed alongside fit work. See our Physical Therapy page for details.
