About Mosaic
Hand-built, rider-specific, one frame at a time.
Mosaic is a small shop in Boulder, Colorado founded by Aaron Barcheck. Every frame is hand-built and hand-welded to the rider — no stock sizes, no production line. Titanium or steel, road or gravel, with paint and component integration dialed to your exact spec.
The process starts with a fit, then a design consult on geometry, tube set, and paint. Lead times run weeks, not days, because each frame is built when ordered. Mosaic frames are a lifetime purchase, and they're built accordingly.
